Leadership Symposium - no charge - You MUST register to participate in the Leadership Symposium sessions. This is NOT a stand-alone event.

$85 late registration - At conference

General Registration Instructions to register by mail:

1. Mail-in registrations may be made by check or money order. Please do not send cash through the mail
2. Make checks payable to: Arizona Southern Baptist Convention and write Woman to Woman Ministries on the memo line.
3. Mail check with registration form to:

4. If you must cancel and do so by April 1, 2008, your fee will be refunded less a $15.00
   cancellation fee. After April 2, 2008, your fee is transferable but not refundable.
5. Credit Cards will be accepted through online registration only beginning February 1st, 2008.
   

Group Registration Instructions: (download registration form pdf)

1. Send one payment for all ladies in the group (see above for payment information).
   
2. On a separate sheet of paper, list registration information requested on this form (name, complete address, phone, church, etc.) for each lady (you can download this form from our website or make your own).
   
3. Identify those in the group who will participate in the Leadership Symposium.
   
4. Identify those who want the optional Friday night snack supper
   (Must include payment with registration).
   
5. Identify the Group Coordinator and provide daytime phone number.
